DTF POWDER

White DTF adhesive powder for use with DTF inks and film.

Designed to adhere to the wet ink printed on the film for the heat transfer process.

Ingredients: 100% polyurethane hot melt adhesive.

High-quality, pure TPU 173 powder

Polyurethane - powder is transparent when melted

1. Curing range: 105°C – 123°C
2. Particle size: 80 – 170pm
3. Press time: 10 – 15 seconds with optional 5 second pre-press
4. Press temperature: 150°C - 160°C
5. Press pressure:                   4kg (medium)

Storage: Powder should be kept in dry cool conditions. Non-combustible, non-explosive.

Plastic packaging is fully recyclable.

N.B. These settings are a guide and may vary depending on the type of heat press. To achieve optimum results, testing before production is always recommended.

Warning: When handling DTF products, ensure the area you are working in is sufficiently ventilated due to potentially hazardous fumes. For your safety, always wear protective equipment such as gloves, face masks and protective eyewear.

Please note we recommend you run tests prior to any final production, to ensure your machine settings are optimal for compatibility with this product.

DTF printing results can be affected by different factors including the style of the design, the quantity of ink being used, powder type and quantity, heat press and curing oven settings, room temp/humidity etc. You may wish to adjust your machine settings to be in line with the DTF products you are using.
