DTF film is an anti-static, double-sided, film specifically used for creating DTF transfers.

This hot peel film facilitates faster production while ensuring a high-quality finish.

Always print on the matt side for long-lasting prints.

Made from 1 PET (polyethylene terephthalate), this film can be widely recycled.

Instructions for use:

1. Heat press at 140°C - 150°C
2. Apply medium pressure for 10 to 12 seconds - for pneumatic presses, this is normally 1.5 bar
3. Hot peel means the film can be removed straight away

N.B. These settings are a guide and may vary depending on the type of heat press. To achieve optimum results, testing before production is always recommended.

Warning: When handling DTF products, ensure the area you are working in is sufficiently ventilated due to potentially hazardous fumes. For your safety, always wear protective equipment such as gloves, face masks and protective eyewear.

Please note we recommend you run tests prior to any final production, to ensure your machine settings are optimal for compatibility with this product.

DTF printing results can be affected by different factors including the style of the design, the quantity of ink being used, powder type and quantity, heat press and curing oven settings, room temp/humidity etc. You may wish to adjust your machine settings to be in line with the DTF products you are using.
